Blinis are one of the most traditional accompaniments for enjoying caviar. Their soft, fluffy texture creates a delicate base for caviar pearls without interfering with their flavor profile.
Their balanced flavor, characterized by a subtle sweetness, harmoniously complements the saltiness and aromatic complexity of caviar, especially when paired with a thin layer of crème fraîche.

To best appreciate their softness and fragrance, we suggest serving the blinis slightly warm. They can be briefly warmed in the oven, microwave, or a nonstick pan, avoiding prolonged cooking which could compromise their natural softness.
