The Classic Collection is conceived as a true “vertical journey”: it allows to taste and compare the different flavour expressions of caviar, capturing the subtle variations in colour, texture and aromatic profile from one variety to another, within a structured and progressive tasting experience.

The Classic Collection box is designed to gradually explore the different characteristics of caviar. It offers 4 “tasting acts” that accompany the palate from softer, more accessible flavours to more intense, marine expressions, providing an overall view of Giaveri’s classics.
1. White Sturgeon Deluxe
Eggs ranging from anthracite grey to black, with pleasant, light nuances. The taste is soft and delicate, balanced and versatile, with a creamy and enveloping sensation that makes it the ideal introduction to the tasting journey.
2. Siberian Classic
Caviar with an amber-grey colour, featuring an iodized and delicate profile yet with good persistence on the palate. It represents the cornerstone of Caviar Giaveri’s taste, with a well-defined but harmonious flavour, perfect for those seeking a classic, elegant and linear expression.
3. Oscietra Classic
Amber tones with golden highlights. On the palate it offers more complex marine notes, hints of walnut and slightly fruity accents, with a pleasantly firm texture. A variety with a structured character, ideal for those who appreciate layered aromatic profiles.
4. Sterlet
Caviar with an intense, lingering taste, marked marine notes and refined aromatic complexity. It completes the journey with a more pronounced and pure profile, enhancing the expressive richness of high-end Italian caviar by Caviar Giaveri.
