In Italy, shipping is free for any purchase over €75. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €20. For Europe, shipping is free for any purchase over €300. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €39.90. We preferably ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure optimal product preservation, with delivery within 48 hours from the order fulfillment notice. All our shipments are handled by selected express couriers specialized in food transport.

The elegant faux leather coffret contains an iconic selection of 4 different types of caviar, produced and processed exclusively at our own facility in the province of Treviso according to strict quality standards, ensuring full control over the supply chain, optimal freshness and consistent sensory quality.

The opening note of the tasting. Eggs ranging from anthracite grey to black, with pleasant, light nuances. The taste is soft and delicate, balanced and versatile, with a creamy sensation that prepares the palate for the subsequent expressions.

2. Siberian Classic

Caviar with an amber-grey colour, featuring an iodized, delicately savoury profile and good persistence on the palate. It is the heart of the tasting: flavourful yet harmonious, it represents the classic reference of Caviar Giaveri’s signature and offers an ideal balance between elegance and intensity.

3. Oscietra Classic

Amber tones with golden highlights. On the palate it reveals more complex marine notes, nuances of walnut and slightly fruity accents, with a pleasant crunchy texture. A variety of great aromatic finesse, created for those who appreciate structured and layered flavour profiles.

4. Beluga Siberian

The highlight of the Premium Collection. Larger eggs with an unparalleled texture, delicate, creamy and enveloping taste, and a long, silky persistence. It represents the first guided encounter with the Beluga world: a luxurious tasting experience that concludes the journey by elevating the entire tasting.
