How to make a return

Online sales of our products are identified as remote contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (Articles 50 to 68), which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. made outside business premises. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty.

To exert this right, you will simply have to send Caviar Giaveri a written notice within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and arrange for the return of the aforementioned goods by sending them to the address indicated below.

How and where to ship products

You can use the most convenient method to ship the products (mail, courier, etc.). Products must be shipped with original packaging and frozen glacettes to:

How much time do I have to ship the products back?

Products must be returned within 14 business days after delivery.

What is the time frame for a refund?

Upon receiving the products, we will immediately initiate the refund process. The timeframe will depend on the payment method you used for the purchase. In any case, it will be no longer than 10 days.
