Our attention to the freshness of caviar starts with its transportation. We have implemented a shipping solution that uses special styrofoam packaging with refrigerated glacettes to maintain a controlled temperature throughout the journey. The result? In Italy, shipping is free for any purchase over €75. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €20. For Europe, shipping is free for any purchase over €300. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €39.90. We preferably ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure optimal product preservation, with delivery within 48 hours from the order fulfillment notice. All our shipments are handled by selected express couriers specialized in food transport.

The Original Star brings together two distinct expressions of caviar from the same sturgeon species, Acipenser ruthenus, in a single tin: Sterlet, characterized by elegant dark pearls, and Golden Sterlet, an exceptionally rare variety distinguished by its precious golden hues.

Each tin is entirely handcrafted by Caviar Giaveri’s master artisans. The golden pearls are placed with exceptional precision at the center of the dark caviar to form a perfectly defined star, reflecting the artisanal expertise and meticulous attention to detail that distinguish the company.
